About Your New Job as QC Materials Analyst:
- Perform inspection of incoming materials, following SOPs and GMP practices to ensure seamless supply of material for manufacturing.
- Ensure materials are suitable for the manufacture of products to the required standards.
- Inspect raw materials and ensure the warehouse storage environment is acceptable.
- Coordinate incoming material testing where required.
- Maintain all incoming material documentation to meet GMP requirements.
- Ensure all equipment used is calibrated/maintained and in line with SOPs.
- Identify and report procedural problems and deviations.
- Ensure own training is undertaken in a timely and GMP compliant manner.
- Ensure any GMP documentation assigned is closed timely and in a RFT state.
What Skills You Need as QC Materials Analyst:
- Experience of working within a GMP manufacturing environment.
- A high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
- Approaches others in a tactful manner and reacts well under pressure.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Occasional lifting; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
