QC Materials Analyst – 12 months contract

About Your New Job as QC Materials Analyst:

  • Perform inspection of incoming materials, following SOPs and GMP practices to ensure seamless supply of material for manufacturing.
  • Ensure materials are suitable for the manufacture of products to the required standards.
  • Inspect raw materials and ensure the warehouse storage environment is acceptable.
  • Coordinate incoming material testing where required.
  • Maintain all incoming material documentation to meet GMP requirements.
  • Ensure all equipment used is calibrated/maintained and in line with SOPs.
  • Identify and report procedural problems and deviations.
  • Ensure own training is undertaken in a timely and GMP compliant manner.
  • Ensure any GMP documentation assigned is closed timely and in a RFT state.


What Skills You Need as QC Materials Analyst:

  • Experience of working within a GMP manufacturing environment.
  • A high level of attention to detail.
  • Ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner.
  • Approaches others in a tactful manner and reacts well under pressure.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Occasional lifting; the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.
