About Your New Job
As the Production Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations in a modern manufacturing facility, driving performance, safety, and quality across the site.
You will:
Translate business strategy into clear, measurable production plans.
Lead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve key operational goals.
Oversee budgets, cost control, and ensure efficiency in line with customer demand.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure adherence to all Health & Safety and quality standards.
What Skills You Need
5+ years’ experience in a production or operations management role, ideally within the dairy sector.
Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and drive change.
Strong understanding of operations, supply chain, and budget management.
Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
Degree in Agri-business, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
