About Your New Job
As the Production Manager, you will lead day-to-day operations in a modern manufacturing facility, driving performance, safety, and quality across the site.
You will:

  • Translate business strategy into clear, measurable production plans.

  • Lead, coach, and develop the production team to achieve key operational goals.

  • Oversee budgets, cost control, and ensure efficiency in line with customer demand.

  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and ensure adherence to all Health & Safety and quality standards.

What Skills You Need

  • 5+ years’ experience in a production or operations management role, ideally within the dairy sector.

  • Proven leadership and people-management skills with the ability to inspire and drive change.

  • Strong understanding of operations, supply chain, and budget management.

  • Excellent communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

  • Degree in Agri-business, Food Science, Nutrition, or a related field.
