About Your New Job
- Increase sales and market share in assigned product categories and geography, focusing on niche therapy areas: ENT, Gynae, and Dental.
- Maintain existing customer relations and generate new sales leads by identifying new opportunities and building new relationships.
- Attend hospital exhibitions and provide training to customers on all new and existing equipment.
- Assist with sales outside the designated area as required, showing initiative and being proactive in your sales approach.
- Daily interaction with clinicians, surgeons, nursing staff, and procurement, handling both capital equipment and consumables.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hospital sales.
- Full driving license.
- Degree qualification or equivalent experience in a similar role.
- Ability to demonstrate technical competence and quick learning.
- Capability to work under pressure.
