About Your New Job
- As Personal Lines Administrator, you will generate and issue accurate renewal documentation for mentor and home insurance clients, and oversee documentation management of policy schedules, endorsements and supporting paperwork.
- You will stay up to date with product updates and changes to policy and wording.
- The Personal Lines Administrator is responsible for maintain accurate records in Relay or Applied Systems and other housekeeping where needed.
What Skills You Need
- At least 1 year of experience in Personal Lines insurance (home/motor focused preferred).
- Strong administrative, time management, and organisational skills.
- APA Personal, CIP (in progress), or Grandfathered preferred and fully CPD compliant.
- Proficiency in Relay/Applied Systems is a distinct advantage.
What’s on Offer
- Salary: 30,000 - 35,000
- Flexible working hours.
- Hybrid working – after completion of probation.
