Performance Test Lead – Daily Rate Contract – Hybrid (Dublin)
Opportunity for a Performance Test Lead to join a fast-paced team delivering large-scale testing solutions across multiple high-impact projects. You’ll lead the end-to-end Non-Functional Testing (NFT) effort, manage risks and resourcing, and act as the go-to person for performance testing across the portfolio.
This is a daily rate contract role based in Dublin, with hybrid working and exposure to a wide range of technical and business stakeholders.
About the Role
Own and lead performance testing across multiple concurrent projects
Plan, schedule and manage all NFT-related activities and resources
Feed into project reviews, stand-ups, retrospectives, and stakeholder updates
Collaborate with senior management to ensure standards and best practices are enforced
Provide test metrics, reporting, and drive continuous improvement
Mentor and support more junior testers across the team
Handle issue and escalation management as required
What You Need
Experience leading NFT/Performance Testing across complex projects
Strong understanding of testing frameworks, tools, and performance metrics
Proven stakeholder management and communication skills
Experience developing test schedules, managing risks, and reporting on project progress
Previous experience with tools like LoadRunner, MSVS, or similar (nice to have)
DORA knowledge or certification is a plus
