Key Responsibilities:
- Line operation, packing, building pallets, and factory cleaning to meet production targets.
- Follow safety policies, procedures, and correct lifting techniques for manual handling.
- Maintain a safe working environment, report health and safety incidents to the Production Supervisor.
- Assist in line setup, perform prestart, hygiene, and safety checks, ensure materials are ready for use.
- Adhere to GMPs/SOPs, ensuring compliance with food safety, quality, and hygiene standards.
- Document required information in line with Quality Control systems and regulatory standards.
- Report equipment breakages, damages, or defaults to the Production Supervisor, use machinery safely.
- Participate in lean manufacturing processes, support the improvement of food hygiene and housekeeping practices.
- Undertake assignments as required by the Production Manager
- Adapt to changes in responsibilities, tasks
Skills and Experience Required:
- Food production experience is desirable.
- Experience in operating and troubleshooting food production machinery.
- Ability to inspect product, packaging, labels, report defects, and ensure compliance with customer needs.
- Basic IT skills for logging production data, tracking inventory.
- Knowledge of hygiene standards for maintaining clean work areas.
