About Your New Job as Office Manager
As Office Manager, you will:
Oversee daily office operations (supplies, scheduling, facilities)
Manage monthly payroll (currently outsourced), with autonomy to select and implement a payroll software
Handle accounts admin: pay vendors, track invoices, assist with bookkeeping
Support new starter onboarding and equipment logistics
Act as a key point of contact in the Dublin office and assist the Finance Director with PA-level tasks
Improve workflows and internal processes as the company grows
What You Need
To be considered for this role, you should have:
4+ years' experience in office management or a similar role (ideally in a small company or start-up)
Hands-on payroll experience, with the confidence to take full ownership of the process and system setup
Familiarity with accounts admin tasks (training available if needed)
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Proactive approach and attention to detail
Comfortable working autonomously and building processes from scratch
What’s On Offer
Salary: €45,000–€60,000 DOE
