Join a growing international company as an Office Manager, supporting a busy Dublin office while taking full ownership of payroll operations and general accounts admin. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong recent payroll experience to shape internal processes and make a real impact locally.

About Your New Job as Office Manager

As Office Manager, you will:

  • Oversee daily office operations (supplies, scheduling, facilities)

  • Manage monthly payroll (currently outsourced), with autonomy to select and implement a payroll software

  • Handle accounts admin: pay vendors, track invoices, assist with bookkeeping

  • Support new starter onboarding and equipment logistics

  • Act as a key point of contact in the Dublin office and assist the Finance Director with PA-level tasks

  • Improve workflows and internal processes as the company grows

What You Need

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • 4+ years' experience in office management or a similar role (ideally in a small company or start-up)

  • Hands-on payroll experience, with the confidence to take full ownership of the process and system setup

  • Familiarity with accounts admin tasks (training available if needed)

  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills

  • Proactive approach and attention to detail

  • Comfortable working autonomously and building processes from scratch
