Mortgage Advisor- Finance House - Cork - Permanent
In this role as mortgage advisor and a key member of the wider finance team (approx 10)
- You will be responsible for providing professional mortgage advice to clients
Other duties:
- Conduct fact-finds to assess clients’ financial circumstances, needs, and objectives.
- Recommend appropriate mortgage products and most suitable lenders.
- Prepare and submit mortgage applications to lenders, ensuring all documentation is accurate and complete.
- Liaise with lenders, solicitors, underwriters, and other third parties to progress applications.
- Develop strong client relationships to encourage repeat and referral business.
- Represent the company professionally at meetings and events.
The ideal candidate:
- QFA or part QFA'd
- Min 3 years in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Irish mortgage market and lender criteria.
- Excellent admin and computer skills
