About Your New Employer

Sigmar Recruitment are working alongside a respected and well established Mechanical Contractor within the West of Ireland, specialising in Commercial Projects. Due to growth within the business they're now looking for an experienced Site or Project Manager to help manage and lead their projects within the Connacht Region or Ireland, specifically Mayo and Galway.

About Your New Job

  • Oversee and manage mechanical engineering projects in the Connacht Region, specifically Galway and Mayo.
  • Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate with various stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  • Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction or engineering industry.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
