Your new employer offer a range of chemical distribution solutions tailored to suit their customers’ specific requirements. From sourcing and procuring chemicals from their established supply base, to managing, storing, and transporting those chemicals for their diverse customer base across multiple industries. They are currently looking for an experience Maintenance Technician to look after all maintenance in the North Dublin depot.

About Your New Job

As the Maintenance Technician, you will:

  • Take ownership of the facilities systems, ensuring their efficient and reliable operation.
  • Perform planned and corrective maintenance, implementing upgrades and improvements.
  • Manage HVAC, refrigeration plants, chillers, compressors, fire & security systems, CCTV, mechanical handling equipment, chemical spill containment systems, clean rooms, electrical systems, and other utilities.
  • Participate in an out-of-hours call roster.

What Skills You Need

  • Time-served trade qualification in Mechanical, HVAC, Instrumentation, or equivalent.
  • Experience in maintenance of mechanical and building systems.
  • Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental systems and procedures.
  • Proven track record with planning, inspecting, and liaising with sub-contractors.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
