Our client is a leading mechanical contractor based in the Dublin area. Due to an increased pipeline of projects for 2026, they are seeking a Mechanical Contracts Manager for the greater Dublin area. The company work on various commercial projects throughput the city and are known as a good company to work for.
Your New Job
As Contracts Manager, you will be tasked with the following:
- Develop and manage project budgets and cost plans.
- Lead multiple project teams to ensure timely and on-scope contract delivery.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to successfully deliver all aspects of assigned client projects.
- Manage and assess the quality of subcontractor work.
- Oversee compliance with current Health & Safety legislation.
- Support the Project Surveyor in managing and controlling contract costs and variations, with regular cost projections reported to the Construction Director.
- Identify and manage project risks, ensuring early intervention with design teams to meet deliverables and deadlines.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Ensure high accuracy in planning and scheduling activities.
- Develop and implement project schedules aligned with key milestones, coordinating necessary resources.
- Develop and monitor material procurement schedules to meet project timelines
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Building Services.
- Over 10 years of experience in construction or a related industry is preferred.
- Proven experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Consistent track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
- Strong ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly motivated with exceptional management and leadership abilities.
What's on Offer
Successful applicants will receive a competitive package of more than €100,000. This includes a salary of €90,000 - €100,000, vehicle and a bonus structure.
