About Your New Job as a Manufacturing Engineer
- Report incidents and near misses.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement corrective actions.
- Perform safety audits and inspections.
- Diagnose and repair equipment issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and records.
- Collaborate with engineering to improve equipment reliability.
- Manage spare parts inventory and optimize usage.
- Develop and execute preventative maintenance programs.

What Skill/Experience You Need
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field with 3+ years of experience, or trade qualification with 5+ years of experience.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and IT skills.
- Technical engineering knowledge.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
