About Your New Job
As the Maintenance Team Lead, you will support the Maintenance Manager in ensuring the site operates efficiently, safely, and reliably. You will take a hands-on leadership role in driving maintenance performance, asset care, and continuous improvement.
In this role, you will:
- Lead the IWS (Integrated Work Systems) maintenance agenda, coaching teams and driving process improvements.
- Oversee the day-to-day activities of the Maintenance team, prioritising tasks, planning repairs, and coordinating both planned and reactive maintenance.
- Act as the key support to the Maintenance Manager, and take full responsibility for site maintenance operations when required.
- Ensure maintenance activities align with production needs with minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
- Collaborate through regular team meetings to align with operations and site objectives.
What Skills You Need
- Relevant technical qualification (Electrical background highly desirable).
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Proven experience in leading, developing, and managing a maintenance or engineering team.
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
- Solid technical knowledge with the ability to prioritise maintenance workloads effectively.
