The Dublin office plays a strategic role in its global operations, and due to continued growth, the legal team is seeking an experienced Irish Funds Counsel to support its expanding Irish UCITS platform.

About Your New Job:
You will take on a senior legal role supporting the Irish UCITS and AIF fund complexes. This position is key to the firm’s global legal and distribution efforts, and you'll work closely with international colleagues and stakeholders across the EMEA, APAC and LATAM regions. The role is based in Dublin and will require a full-time presence in the office.
What You Will Do:
- Provide legal support for Irish UCITS and AIFs, including fund formation, modifications, terminations, and documentation updates
- Advise on cross-border distribution and liaise with global teams on regulatory filings and shareholder communications
- Draft, negotiate, and amend fund-related agreements including investment management and distribution agreements
- Represent Legal at Irish Fund Board meetings, providing clear and commercially sound advice
- Coordinate with internal teams, external counsel, and service providers to ensure compliance and smooth execution
- Contribute to governance, legal process improvement, and risk mitigation strategies across the Irish fund range
- Stay on top of regulatory developments impacting Irish funds and offer strategic legal guidance to the business
Who You Are:
- Qualified lawyer with at least 7 years' PQE and significant experience in investment funds law
- Strong knowledge of Irish UCITS and AIFMD frameworks, and Central Bank of Ireland regulatory requirements
- Experienced in drafting and negotiating fund documents and advising on cross-border fund distribution
- Commercially minded, with the ability to communicate confidently with internal stakeholders and regulators
- A proactive team player who can manage complex matters independently and contribute to team culture and innovation
- International exposure (UK, Luxembourg, or pan-European experience) is highly desirable
