About the Role
My client are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Apprentice to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone starting their career in sales to gain hands-on experience, professional training, and long-term career development.
As a Sales Apprentice, you will learn how to generate leads, build customer relationships, and support the sales team while working towards recognised sales qualifications.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the sales team with day-to-day activities
- Learn how to identify and contact potential customers
- Support customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person
- Maintain and update customer records and CRM systems
- Prepare quotes, proposals, and sales reports
- Shadow experienced sales professionals and attend training sessions
- Work towards agreed sales targets and development goals

- A strong interest in sales and customer service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Confidence speaking to people over the phone and in person
- Willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Basic IT skills (Microsoft Office / Google Workspace)
