About Your New Employer:
Our client is within the construction industry and located in Ballymount, Dublin 12. They are looking for a permanent, part-time HR Manager that will work 13 days a week.
This role will be a standalone role, working on-site.
About Your New Role:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring managers.
- Lead onboarding for all new starters and ensure smooth inductions.
- Handle HR administration including contracts, records, and compliance.
- Manage auto-enrolment pension queries, enrolments, and opt-in/opt-out requests.
- Support monthly payroll with accurate HR data and updates.
- Track annual leave, absences, and timesheet-related queries.
- Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.
- Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and employment law compliance.
- Assist with performance reviews, probations, and manager support.
- Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.
What Skills You Need:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role including recruitment and HR duties
- Relevant HR degree or equivalent
- CIPD qualification / membership
- Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and its application
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems
- A self-sufficient HR professional who is comfortable building processes and HR structure
- Excellent communication and administrative skills
- People-oriented HR professional
- Ability to work under pressure
