About Your New Employer:

Our client is within the construction industry and located in Ballymount, Dublin 12. They are looking for a permanent, part-time HR Manager that will work 13 days a week.

This role will be a standalone role, working on-site.

About Your New Role:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment and support hiring managers.
  • Lead onboarding for all new starters and ensure smooth inductions.
  • Handle HR administration including contracts, records, and compliance.
  • Manage auto-enrolment pension queries, enrolments, and opt-in/opt-out requests.
  • Support monthly payroll with accurate HR data and updates.
  • Track annual leave, absences, and timesheet-related queries.
  • Act as first point of contact for employee HR queries.
  • Maintain HR policies, employee handbook, and employment law compliance.
  • Assist with performance reviews, probations, and manager support.
  • Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.


What Skills You Need:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in a similar role including recruitment and HR duties
  • Relevant HR degree or equivalent
  • CIPD qualification / membership
  • Working knowledge of Irish employment legislation and its application
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems 
  • A self-sufficient HR professional who is comfortable building processes and HR structure
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills
  • People-oriented HR professional
  • Ability to work under pressure
