About Your New Job as a Healthcare Architectural Technologist
- Producing drawings, specifications, and schedules in line with project standards and timelines.
- Coordinating layouts and preparing tender and construction documentation for medium to large-scale healthcare projects.
- Ensuring all design work adheres to standards and is buildable.
- Contributing to cost management by evaluating budget implications in design and technical decisions.
- Identifying opportunities to enhance project profitability while maintaining quality.
- Conducting site visits to provide construction and technical support.
What Skills You Need as a Healthcare Architectural Technologist
- A minimum of 3+ years of experience in architectural technology, particularly in mid to large-scale healthcare projects.
- Proven expertise in developing detailed designs and technical documentation.
- Experience in multidisciplinary team environments.
- Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Suite.
- Experience with NBS Chorus software for writing specification documents.
- Strong understanding of BIM processes and tools.
- Familiarity with current Irish Building Codes and Planning Regulations.
- Eligibility to work in Ireland.
- A full driving license.
