About Your New Employer
Join a growing Irish financial services business who offer a wide range of services to their customers across mortgages, insurance, wealth management and protection products. They are looking for a Sales Leader to join the business and drive performance within their sales function. You will be an inspirational leader focused on getting the most form your teams.
About Your New Job
- Develop and implement a sales strategy focused on achieving growth targets
- Monitor KPIs around calls, lead conversion and how advisers are managing the sales funnel
- Oversee forecasting and be able to report accurately on team activity and performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to support your team's activity and provide a seamless service to our customers
- Represent the company at industry events, client meetings and networking opportunities
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Recruit, train and develop high performing financial advisors
What Skills You Need
- 4 years+ in a sales leadership capacity
- QFA or CIP as a minimum required
- Proven ability to manage performance and grow revenue
- Full working rights for ireland
What’s on Offer
- €75-80k basic
- OTE of 120-140k
