The Job
As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial strategy and operations, supporting strategic decision-making, and driving our company's growth. Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy & Business Development: Lead financial strategy development, deliver insightful analysis for long-term planning, evaluate new business opportunities, and collaborate with senior executives for strategic decision-making.
- Financial Operations & Controls: Direct and optimise the financial cycle, maintain strong internal controls, and lead external financial relationships.
- Financial Reporting & Analysis: Manage the reporting calendar, provide financial analysis on performance, establish financial KPI's, and ensure timely completion of reporting requirements.
- Planning & Budgeting: Lead the budgeting process, ensure effective client budgeting, and identify efficiencies for improved profitability.
- Leadership & Systems Development: Manage and develop the finance team, enhance financial systems, and act as a trusted adviser to the leadership team.
The Person
- Experience in a Head of Finance or senior finance role.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial acumen.
- Recent experience working in a fast growth company (Ideally Tech).
