About Your New Job
- Perform groundworks on a residential construction site.
- As a Groundworker, you will be responsible for tasks such as digging trenches, laying foundations, and preparing sites for construction.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and efficiently, adhering to site plans and specifications.
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other team members to meet project deadlines.
- Operate and maintain tools and equipment required for groundworks.
What Skills You Need
- Minimum 2 years of experience in groundworks on construction sites.
- Safe Pass and Manual Handling certifications are required.
- A driver's license is highly beneficial due to limited public transport access.
- Strong understanding of construction site safety protocols.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
