About Your New Job

As a Graduate Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in maintaining and developing complex production and power systems in a high-volume industrial setting. You'll gain real-world experience in all areas of automation, plant maintenance, and project delivery.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Contribute to the design, specification, and commissioning of power distribution, instrumentation, and control systems.

  • Support plant maintenance, electrical upgrades, and process control improvements.

  • Plan and manage electrical works during plant shutdowns.

  • Lead or support energy efficiency and automation projects.

  • Take part in an international assignment and structured graduate training programme.

What Skills You Need

To apply, you’ll need the following:

  • A Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering (Level 8+).
  • Good knowledge of power engineering, control systems, or automation principles.
  • Familiarity with PLCs, SCADA systems, or instrumentation is an advantage.
  • Awareness of Health & Safety in industrial environments.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office; AutoCAD or similar tools preferred.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in a team setting.
