About Your New Job

As the Front of House Administrator, you will be:

  • Assisting with front-of-house duties, including walk-ins and answering/transferring calls.
  • Handling general office duties such as responding to DAFT inquiries, forwarding emails, managing post, contacting IT support, and keeping key logs.
  • Supporting the maintenance department and providing basic support to accounts when required.
  • Managing general reception tasks, including responding to Daft.ie inquiries, renewing ads, booking meeting rooms, arranging couriers, and ordering supplies.
  • Maintaining logs of keys, ensuring office supplies are stocked, and handling various administrative tasks.
  • Assisting with maintenance tasks such as scanning inspection reports, arranging contractor access, and uploading invoices.
  • Supporting lettings/sales by conducting rent reviews, managing tenant references, booking viewings, and updating property listings.
  • Handling financial tasks such as producing tenant/property ledgers, generating income/expenditure reports, and sending remittances.

What Skills You Need

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a corporate office environment.
  • Client-focused with the ability to work in a fast-paced team environment and independently.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
