About Your New Job
Lead Financial Management: Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting. Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts and Board reports.
Drive Profitability: Manage working capital, drive profitability and margin improvement, and provide financial analysis to support tenders, investments, and commercial decisions.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee financial controls, compliance, audit, and tax requirements. Manage insurances cover & facilities contracts.
Innovate Financial Systems: Review and improve current financial systems using AI or other methods. Build financial models to assess new revenue streams and investment opportunities.
Team Leadership: Lead and develop the finance team, providing guidance and support for their professional growth.
What Skills You Need
Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in a senior finance leadership role with a proven track record in financial management, commercial awareness, and operational oversight.
Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills, experience with SQL and/or Power BI, and demonstrated success in implementing and optimising business systems.
Qualifications: ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA, or CMA qualification.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication and people management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively and foster a positive culture.
Commercial Acumen: Focus on profitability, efficiency, and customer success.
