Financial Controller role with an Irish business in the IT services based in South Dublin (hybrid working).
About Your New Job
- Lead all aspects of financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and reporting.
- Deliver timely and accurate monthly management accounts and Board reports.
- Working Capital management, including Debtors and Cash flow forecasting.
- Annual Budgeting and reforecasting throughout the year.
- Drive profitability and margin improvement across the company.
- Oversee financial controls, compliance, audit, and tax requirements.
- Managing insurances cover & facilities contracts.
- Payroll, commissions and pension management.
- Provide financial analysis to support tenders, investments and commercial decisions.
- Cost Management and review of major accounts.
- Review of current financial systems and how they can be improved via AI or other methods.
- Build financial models to assess new revenue streams and investment opportunities.
What Skills You Need
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc).
- Minimum 5-7 years in a senior finance leadership role.
- Proven track record in a senior finance role with financial management, commercial awareness and operational oversight.
- Advanced Excel skills (modelling, analysis, dashboards) and ability to interrogate/report from business systems.
- Experience in the IT/Technology industries preferred.
- Experience with SQL and/or Power BI for advanced reporting and data analysis, advantageous.
- Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
