About Your New Job
- Lead Finance Function: As the Financial Controller, you will lead the finance function, overseeing all management and financial reporting requirements.
- Team Management: You will build and manage the finance systems and team, fostering a high-performance ethos.
- Reporting: Deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts, and build and report metrics and KPIs on each area of the business.
- Analysis and Planning: Prepare detailed commercial analysis, business plans, financial projections, and variance analysis between budgets and actuals.
- Strategic Role: Develop strong relationships with senior management and be a trusted driver for positive change and excellence.
What You Need
- Qualified Accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc) with strong leadership experience.
- Strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to engage on a business and commercial level with all stakeholders.
- Stamp 4 or EU Passport required (sponsorship not on offer).
What’s on Offer
- €80,000 - €90,000 + benefits
