About Your New Employer

A Dublin-based management company responsible for handling the property portfolio of an Irish investor is seeking a Qualified Accountant. The company oversees a diverse worldwide property portfolio, including commercial, residential, and developmental assets.

About Your New Job

  • Preparation of accounts to trial balance, VAT and AR returns, payment runs, and budgets
  • Liaising with third-party lenders and managing financing activities
  • Oversight of multiple companies across various sectors including property, retail, hospitality, drinks, and logistics
  • Overseas property management and coordination as required
  • Financial reporting and analysis for directors and stakeholders

What Skills You Need

  • Qualified Accountant (0-3 years PQE).
  • Ideally practice trained with audit experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial reporting frameworks and accounting procedures.
  • Candidates must have a Stamp 4 or EU Passport.
