- A leading provider of assistive technology solutions are looking for an administrator to join the team in Togher on a temporary basis.
About Your New Job
As the Customer Service Administrator, you will:
- Manage quotations for products and services.
- Handle TD Snap for Schools/Professionals setup and queries.
- Address pre-sale questions, quotations, and renewals.
- Book appointments and manage schedules.
- Answer questions from Speech and Language Therapists via phone, email, and chat.
- You will report to the Customer Service and Support Manager in Sweden
What Skills You Need
- Strong service orientation and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in administrative tasks.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
