My client, a well-established property management company known for its innovative approach and strong market presence are recruiting for a new Credit Controller.
About Your New Job
- Managing high-value and high-volume debtor accounts.
- Ensuring timely and effective collection of all debts across a diverse portfolio.
- Preparing monthly reconciliations of debtor accounts.
- Escalating collection issues promptly to the appropriate teams or Credit Control Manager.
- Organizing monthly debtor meetings to review arrears and resolve queries or agree on transparent actions.
- Assisting with client reporting.
- Posting and allocating payments related to your portfolio.
What Skills You Need
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Proven experience managing high-volume aged debtors.
- In-depth knowledge of full-cycle Credit Control processes.
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of pursuing slow-paying accounts.
- Previous experience in the Property sector is preferred but not essential.
