My client, a well-established property management company known for its innovative approach and strong market presence are recruiting for a new Credit Controller.

About Your New Job

  • Managing high-value and high-volume debtor accounts.
  • Ensuring timely and effective collection of all debts across a diverse portfolio.
  • Preparing monthly reconciliations of debtor accounts.
  • Escalating collection issues promptly to the appropriate teams or Credit Control Manager.
  • Organizing monthly debtor meetings to review arrears and resolve queries or agree on transparent actions.
  • Assisting with client reporting.
  • Posting and allocating payments related to your portfolio.

 

What Skills You Need

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Proven experience managing high-volume aged debtors.
  • In-depth knowledge of full-cycle Credit Control processes.
  • Excellent analytical and negotiation skills.
  • High attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record of pursuing slow-paying accounts.
  • Previous experience in the Property sector is preferred but not essential.
