About Your New Job
As the Control Room Supervisor, you will take a hands-on leadership role, you will oversee day-to-day control room operations while ensuring that high service standards, compliance requirements, and strong team performance are maintained.
This is an on-site role working primarily daytime hours, with occasional nights or weekends as required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and support 24/7 control room operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
  • Supervise, coach, and motivate a team using a professional and fair leadership approach.
  • Maintain full compliance with operational procedures, company policies, and client requirements.
  • Manage accurate logs, reports, and communication records in line with internal protocol.
  • Liaise effectively with operations management, supervisors, and on-site teams.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements and best-practice initiatives within the control room.

Key Skills & Attributes:

  • Minimum 3 years’ supervisory experience in a fast-paced environment (Security or Hospitality advantageous).
  • Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure with high attention to detail.
  • Proficient in computer-based reporting, monitoring, and communication systems.
  • Flexibility to work mainly days with occasional night or weekend shifts.
