About Your New Job
- As the Contracts Manager, you will oversee and manage all contractual aspects of construction projects.
- You will ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
- You will liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- You will be responsible for managing project risks, resolving issues, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
What Skills You Need
- 3-5 years experience as a Contracts Manager in the construction industry in Ireland.
- Extensive experience in residential construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of contract law, construction processes, and project management.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
