As a Commercial Manager, You Will
- Develop a plan and vision for the territory's operations, constantly collaborating with the Area Director so both of you are on the same page regarding the strategies used.
- Achieve and exceed your targets set by the Group Commercial Director and Area Director.
- Provide inspirational leadership to motivate and guide the organization to achieve high performance.
- You will be establishing and maintaining relationships with retailers at a head office level, turning them into key stakeholders and accounts.
- You will serve as the primary contact if there are any issues with the products or services to provide excellent customer service.
What Skills You Need to Be a Commercial Director
- You must have 5+ years of experience selling to retailers.
- Strong skills in business planning and forecasting.
- In-depth understanding of the retail industry and merchandising solutions.
- You need to have an entrepreneurial spirit with a constant drive for improvement.
What’s on Offer
- Basic salary of €75K - €90K.
- Bonus of up to 40%.
- €10,000 car allowance.
