About Your New Job:
This individual will be part of a growing office in Dublin responsible for playing a key role within the Investor Relations team for the company’s product offering.
As the Client Services Analyst your primary responsibilities will include creating and overseeing the production of investor-related materials, both internal and external, and supporting all aspects of client service and marketing initiatives globally. This individual will collaborate and work closely with members of the Investor Relations team and various departments across the company including trading and research, risk management, accounting, legal and compliance.

As the Client Services Analyst your primary responsibilities will include creating and overseeing the production of investor-related materials, both internal and external, and supporting all aspects of client service and marketing initiatives globally. This individual will collaborate and work closely with members of the Investor Relations team and various departments across the company including trading and research, risk management, accounting, legal and compliance.
What You Will Do:
- Maintain investor presentations such as- fund overviews, market updates and commentary, custom client materials and requests across the companies strategies, including open and closed ended funds, and across public and private markets.
- Maintain internal reports regarding fund performance and exposures
- Support the preparation for meetings and calls with investors by organising relevant documentation, updating presentation materials, and conducting necessary research.
- Provide investor relations support for US funds with monthly reporting and data intelligence
- Assist with requests for information from prospects/clients and investor due diligence process including RFP’s and Due Diligence Questionnaires
Who You Are:
- 3-5 years of experience preparing client presentations and materials, or transferable experience
- Relevant investment experience (private equity, hedge fund, investment banking, debt fund, financial consultancy).
- Financial market and credit understanding strongly preferred
- Interest/experience in financial markets and investing
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
