Client Implementation and Change Specialist-Dublin

My client, a leading global asset management company are looking to recruit a Client Implementation and Change Specialist for their central Dublin office (3 days in the office and 2 days remote).

The role will provide ‘project management’ for various activities relating to client implementation, contracts and distribution governance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Key contact point for all institutional client on-boarding activity across EMEA investment team products.
  • Ensure operational client on-boarding is delivered safely and efficiently.
  • Manage the distribution agreement and the terms of business process by assisting in reducing key manual processing and control risk
  • Manage the investment management agreement review and amendment process for all mandate clients.
  • Represent client and distribution teams on regulatory change project forums.

Requirements for the role:

  • At least 3 years experience working within the asset servicing industry or transfer agency space.
  • Working knowledge of intermediated fund distribution chain
  • Experience carrying out AML/KYC checks on third-party distributors 
  • Knowledge of UCITS funds
