The company has an excellent reputation in the West of Ireland and within the Civils Industry, specialising in Utilities, Wastewater and Water projects and are looking for a reliable and experienced Site Foreman to oversee the utilities and public realm construction projects in Limerick.

Duties:
- Managing the day-to-day activity on site
- Manage and coordinate both site staff and sub-contractors on site
- Ensuring quality and standards of the project are met.
- Coordinate and control plant and material on site.
- Comply with all Health and Safety policies.
- Assist in managing traffic on and off site.
Requirements:
- Experience in similar type of utilities and/or public realm construction projects is desirable.
- Proven record of seeing projects through from start to finish.
- Excellent working knowledge of latest utilities and public realm regulation and certification standards.
- Excellent working knowledge and track record of managing utilities.
- An ability to achieve demanding time and quality targets.
- To be good at working with people at all levels and willing to work in a team.
- The ability to lead, use initiative and be self-motivated.
