About Your New Job
- As the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- You will provide leadership and direction to the sales team, helping them achieve their targets and improve performance.

- This will be a hybrid work structure and will include occasional client visits
- You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 people
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with successful marketing and sales leadership experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in managing sales teams.
- Proven success in leading, managing, and coaching teams; experienced in talent development and performance management.
- Strong understanding of the healthcare/pharma environment and its dynamics.
- Deep knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing and sales principles.
