About Your New Job

  • As the Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for driving the overall brand strategy, ensuring alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
  • You will provide leadership and direction to the sales team, helping them achieve their targets and improve performance.

  • This will be a hybrid work structure and will include occasional client visits
  • You will be responsible for managing a team of 5 people

 

What Skills You Need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with successful marketing and sales leadership experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in managing sales teams.
  • Proven success in leading, managing, and coaching teams; experienced in talent development and performance management.
  • Strong understanding of the healthcare/pharma environment and its dynamics.
  • Deep knowledge of strategic and tactical marketing and sales principles.

  • Base salary: Up to €110K
