Bookkeeper Needed | Immediate Start | Dublin 11
Role Overview
The Bookkeeper will manage day to day accounting operations including transactional finance, payroll, reporting and compliance. This role requires someone who is organised, self motivated and confident working independently on site.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain accurate day to day bookkeeping and financial records
Process Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
Complete weekly and monthly payroll and manage pension contributions
Prepare and submit VAT returns and statutory filings
Reconcile bank accounts and maintain ledgers in line with finance policies
Support monthly reporting and cashflow monitoring
Liaise with internal teams and external partners including suppliers and auditors
Provide general finance administration as required
Skills & Experience
Proven experience in a bookkeeping role or similar finance position
Strong understanding of AP, AR, VAT and payroll processes
Experience using Sage 200 and Bright HR Payroll highly desirable
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
Ability to work effectively onsite in a standalone or small team environment
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
