About Your New Job
As an Automation Engineer, you will be a key member of a growing team that designs and delivers fully integrated control systems for custom-built automated machinery.
You will:
- Design, develop, test, and commission PLC, HMI, SCADA, Robotics, and Motion control systems.
- Collaborate across functions to define control system architecture and develop software design specifications.
- Support regulated documentation, ensure CE and safety compliance, and contribute to technology standardisation across projects.
What Skills You Need
- 5+ years’ experience in automated machinery design, controls integration, and equipment testing/debugging.
- Proven skills with Allen Bradley, Omron, or Siemens platforms in a regulated/industrial environment.
- Familiarity with robotics (KUKA/Fanuc), motion control, machine vision, pneumatics, and safety standards.
- Qualification at Level 8 in a relevant engineering discipline.
- Excellent problem-solving, documentation, and team collaboration skills.
