With 17 years of experience in sales and five years in recruitment management, I specialise in leading strategic talent acquisition and driving business growth through effective team leadership. I graduated with an M.Sc. in IT & Econometrics from the University of Gdansk, where I also completed my Bachelor's degree in Marketing & Management. I am certified in recruitment practice by the National Recruitment Federation and hold numerous other certifications.
