About Your New Job:
- Requirements gathering: Work with Business and Technical stakeholders to gather, understand, and document business requirements
- SDLC: Manage all aspects of changes throughout the development lifecycle (SDLC),
- Delivery management: Own, drive and manage the delivery of change milestones on-scope, on-time, and on-budget in a cross-functional setting
- Project support: Manage the effective transition to ‘business as usual’ and project closure activities.
- Stakeholder management: Facilitate and chair workshops and stakeholder meetings
- Testing Support: Support End-to-End Test execution and demonstrate proficiency in software testing
- Write test cases, test defect management, good documentation standards under Agile
- Adhere to internal project methodologies and governance structures
What Skills You’ll Need:
- 4-5 years’ experience in a similar Business Analyst position
- PMP/Prince2 and/or Agile PM or Product Owner accredited, a plus
- Proven Business Analyst and Project Management experience
- Knowledge and experience of working in the financial services sector, a plus
- Experience with modern data stack technologies, a plus
- Proficiency in SQL, Power BI and familiarity with one programming language
- Relevant third level qualification
- Good command of software development and project management methodologies
