Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: East Galway City
Contract: Although this is a contract role, full benefits including healthcare, bonus and pension will apply.
Global Medical Device company with approximately 4,000 employees in Ireland.
I am working with a global company who is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist. Working closely with your TA peers in Galway and Cork, your role will sit within a busy and experienced recruitment team.
The Experience You Bring:
- Your relationship management skills play a big role as you will be liaising with Hiring Managers on their recruitment needs
- Your ideas and recruitment strategies will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
Experience required for this job:
- High volume, 360 recruitment experience within an in-house recruitment role.
- Experienced with sourcing, tracking and interacting with candidates in a large scale enterprise system (ATS).
- Proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Experience handling and prioritizing multiple vacancies and processes.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a confidence and ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Requires flexibility and experience of working in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
