Job Title: Talent Acquisition Consultant
Location: East Galway City, hybrid working one full week per month in the office
I am working with a global company who is seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Consultant. Working closely with your TA peers in Dublin, your role will sit within an agile in-house Recruitment team.
The Experience You Bring:
- Your relationship management skills play a big role as you will be liaising with Hiring Managers on their recruitment needs
- A broad knowledge of the global technology talent market to help build candidate pipelines
- Your ideas and recruitment strategies will contribute to the long-range growth of the company
Experience required for this job:
- End 2 End 360 recruitment experience with specific expertise in recruiting for high Tech roles.
- Experience with sourcing, tracking and interacting with candidates in a large scale enterprise ATS (Workday ideally) and within candidate sourcing platforms.
- Highly proficient in MS Office and Excel
- Experience handling and prioritizing multiple searches and remote relationship management.
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a confidence and ability to tell a story and work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Requires flexibility and experience of working in a dynamic environment.
- Strong written communication, organizational and negotiation skills.
