About Your New Store Manager Job
You will be responsible for all operations within the store;
- People Management, Mentoring and Training
- Staff Rotas
- Controlling all store costs
- Cash handling procedures
- Stock management
- Meetings with suppliers
- Deliver outstanding quality, service and store profitability
- Reporting and metrics
- Logistics
- Inventory control
What Skills You Need for this Job
- Written and spoken fluent English
- This store is open between 12pm – 12am – Monday – Sunday so flexibility to work a 40hr week is essential
- A relevant Food Qualification or Degree
- Previous experience working as a manager in hospitality, food or retail
- Experience of opening and closing store and staff mentoring
