The responsibilities and the impact YOU will have as Senior R&D Engineer:
- Designing, developing, analysing and providing technical skills during research and/or product development.
- Designing studies to investigate specific life science questions within field of expertise.
- Involvement in product research and development and/or clinical trials.
- Mentoring colleagues and directing the work to other professionals.
- Delivering and overseeing the projects from design to implementation while and adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills normally acquired through advanced education
- Responsibility for entire projects or processes within job area.
- Contributing to the completion of work group objectives, through building relationships and consensus to reach agreements on assignments
- Making improvements of the processes, systems or products to enhance performance
QUALIFICATIONS
We would love to hear from YOU, if you have the following essential requirements for Senior R&D Engineer:
- Advanced knowledge of job area, obtained through advanced education combined with experience.
- May have practical knowledge of project management.
- Requires a University Degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience.
