Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise and work effectively with core team members in R&D, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory, DA, QA, Operation, Planning and other critical partners internally and externally ensuring expectations and deliverables are clearly understood.
- Ensure all inputs and requirements are included in project scope to facilitate smooth and timely execution of projects, minimising the risk of project creep or slippage.
- Plan, lead and execute complex Product Develop
- Provide guidance and technical direction to Engineers and technicians.
- Generate and maintain required Engineering and Design documentation in line with the Quality Management System and associated regulatory requirements.
- Lead, contribute and present at Design Technical and Phase reviews ensuring all required data and deliverables are present, complete and robust.
Minimum Qualifications/Competencies:
- Degree in Engineering or related technical field.
- At least 7 years previous related experience, or which at least 2yrs in a Project Lead/ supervising capacity.
- Formal project management training an advantage.
- Demonstrated practice in successful Product design and development.
- Working knowledge of AutoCAD / Solidworks and / or 3D modelling experience.
- Demonstrated analytical problem-solving abilities including working knowledge of Statistical techniques.
