About Your New Job as an L&D Specialist
- Analyze root causes of individual/team issues; recommend talent development solutions; consult with individuals/teams.
- Deliver and facilitate Talent Development courses, internal programs, and external learning solutions; lead large, complex meetings.
- Collaborate with HRBPs on team interventions; enhance team performance; design sustainable solutions for complex problems.
- Identify and negotiate with external programs, resources, and vendors to meet business needs; provide design input for programs/tools.
- Serve as site lead for Training and HR CoP; support audits, develop L&D strategies, and lead further education processes.
What Skills You Need
- Bachelor's Degree (Master’s preferred)
- 5-7 years of performance consulting, talent management, or L&D experience; HR knowledge helpful
- Experience in class and team facilitation and interventions; adept at handling challenging questions and emotions positively; working knowledge of adult learning theory and instructional design preferred
- Experience in a Manufacturing Environment
- Coaching experience from individual to Director level; potential to become a certified BSC coach
- Strong organizational skills; able to prioritize multiple matters effectively
- Technologically savvy; able to use/learn applications, systems, and learning technologies
