Senior HR Generalist
Our client is a building wholesale providers who are seeking an experienced Senior HR Generalist to join their team, based in Head Office in Co. Meath. Candidates must have relevant industry experience.
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Site Managers with HR related issues, talent acquisition, retention strategies, performance improvement.
- Employee Relations – acting as an advisor and managing an investigations or disciplinaries that arise.
- Supporting the Recruitment and Selection process.
- Developing induction programme for new starters.
- Monitoring staff performance and attendance.
- Payroll and Benefits administration.
Requirements:
- Approx 6 years’ experience in HR Industry.
- BA Hons Degree in HR or relevant field.
- Must come from a similar industry background (non-negotiable)
