Your new job will be with a successful international company who have grown by both organic growth and through a series of acquisitions over the past 5 years. Their Dublin office is their HQ and you will be a key member of the finance team.
About Your New Job
As a Senior Finance Business Partner you will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and reporting of the financial and operational performance for your allocated region.
Key duties will include:
- End-to-end responsibility for the financial accounting (management accounts, reconciliations etc.).
- Budgeting & forecasting across the region providing insight into the performance and direction of the business.
- Corporation Tax and Value Added Tax matters for the region, engaging with local tax advisors where required.
- Lead the local audit for the allocated region while providing support to the Group audit process.
- Develop strong stakeholder relationships.
- Provide leadership and support career development for functional reports.
- Identify key initiatives to improve business performance and support the drive for digital process optimisation in your area of responsibility.
- Monitoring and reporting on key initiatives/projects in the region.
- Support strategic finance systems enhancements and digital optimisation initiatives in Finance.
Please Note: This is a 12 month FTC with hybrid working (3 days required in their Swords office).
What Skills You Need
- Qualified Accountant with post qualified experience.
- Month end / accounts preparation experience.
- Strong budgeting and forecasting experience.
- People management experience (In this role you will have 2 direct reports).
