Our client, an Irish-owned smart energy company based in Dublin 4, are looking for Sales Support Administrators to join their team.

Their mission is to provide customers with innovative solutions to manage and understand their electricity costs, aiming to create a sustainable energy future. They offer a range of energy supply services to residential and commercial customers, and with their recent acquisitions, they are enhancing their capabilities in data analytics and software.

Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process sales orders.
  • Check the accuracy of sales contracts and provide feedback.
  • Maintain sales records and compile monthly sales reports.
  • Liaise with the Sales department and broker channels.
  • Develop and monitor performance indicators.
  • Manage sales tracking tools and report on important information.
  • Provide troubleshooting assistance for sales contracts, account statuses, and relevant problems.
  • Assist with new program sales contracts and client onboarding along the sales journey.
  • Coordinate with operations to deliver key post-sales information back to the sales team.
  • Maximise returns on existing commercial accounts through sales support.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve best results and share customer feedback with internal teams.
  • Update forecasting reports on meter metrics and install schedules.
  • Manage and deliver exception reporting on post-sales activities.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office Suite (particularly MS Excel).
  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics and customer experience.
  • Excellent organisational, analytical, and multitasking skills.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Support Specialist or Sales Support Associate.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build, nurture, and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Self-motivated with a result-driven approach.
  • Team player with the capability to work on own initiative.
