A leading premium construction tool providers are looking for a Retail Supervisor in their Togher store.
The ideal candidate is an experienced, self-motivated face to face sales representative, with the driven to help in the successful growth of the business.
About Your New Role as Retail Supervisor
- Responsible for a very consultative sales approach
- Maximise sales opportunities and responsible for careful stock control.
- Work closely with the field-based sales team, tool repair workshops and Customer and Credit Services teams.
- Manage inventory, sales records, administrative functions, order information.
- Maintain the customer database and dealing directly with walk-in customers and local team members on a daily basis.
What Skills Are Needed
- Previous retail or customer service experience in construction, tools.
- Strong operational and sales skills
- Comfortable with SAP and Microsoft Office
- Self-motivated and driven
What’s On Offer
- Base €38.5k - €40.5k
- Bonus guaranteed for the first 6 months.
- Monday – Friday, No weekends, late evenings or Bank Holiday work.
- 25 days holidays (not including bank holidays).
- Option to purchase extra annual leave each year. (up to 10 days)
