An award-winning, family outdoor entertainment centre is looking for a Retail & Gate Supervisor to join their team in Cork on a temporary basis.
About Your New Job as Retail & Admission Supervisor
- Responsibility for Admissions and Retail departments at Park.
- Implement Annual plans for commercial products for pricing, and for an effective sales plan.
- Implement KPIs for the following commercial areas: Admissions, retail & experiences
- Lead on team recruitment, development and training.
- Work with Head of Marketing on launching a customer service training and monitoring programme with team.
What Skills Are Needed for a Retail & Admission Supervisor
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferably within leisure and retail sectors.
- Strong business acumen, ability to discuss commercial performance.
- Customer centric focus.
- Commercially literate and use of management information reporting and business case creation desirable.
- Strong negotiation skills.
- Confident professional manner and well-developed interpersonal skills.
- Effectively and proactively ensure day to day communication to staff as well as line managers.
What’s On Offer
- Salary starting €37,000
- Double pay on Sundays
